1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Andres Leon Art. By using the site, you agree to them.

2. Products
We sell original artworks, limited-edition prints, and custom commissions. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping appear at checkout. We accept payments through our payment partners (e.g., Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal).

4. Orders & availability
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud). If canceled, you’ll be refunded.

5. Shipping & risk
See the Shipping Policy. Title and risk transfer to you once the carrier takes possession (unless local law requires otherwise).

6. Commissions
A 50% deposit is required to start. You receive up to 3 revisions per the commission agreement. Additional revisions, scope changes, or rush requests may incur extra fees. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Timelines are provided individually.

7. Returns & refunds

8. Intellectual property
All artworks, images, text, and designs are owned by Andres Leon Art or licensed to us. Purchase of an artwork does not include copyright; the artist retains reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. User content
If you submit reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for site display and marketing.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue: Florida, USA.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
