Change-of-mind returns

• Originals & prints: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging.

• Request a Return Authorization at info@andresleon.art before sending anything back; unapproved returns may be refused.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made an error.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-returnable items
Custom/commissioned works, digital downloads, gift cards, sale items, and items marked final sale.

Exchanges
Exchanges for prints (size/edition defects) are accepted if stock permits. Email info@andresleon.art within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items
Email info@andresleon.art within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages
If a carrier confirms loss, we’ll replace or refund. If tracking shows delivered, see “Tracking & delivery issues” in the Shipping Policy.

Return checklist

• Original condition with all accessories/certificates.

• Secure protective packaging (ideally the original).

• Shipped with tracking (and insurance for high-value items).
