Shipping Policy

Processing times (standard for artist shops)

Original paintings (in stock): ship within 3–5 business days.

Limited-edition prints (made to order): production and quality check 5–10 business days before shipment.

Commissions: timeline provided individually in your commission agreement.
Transit estimates

Domestic (US): typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Carriers
We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL with tracking. Available options and rates appear at checkout.
Packaging
Artworks are packed with protective/archival materials; large originals may ship in crates or reinforced boxes.
International orders
Recipient is responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees. Customs delays are outside our control.
Tracking & delivery issues
We email tracking when your order ships. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier office, then contact info@andresleon.art.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email info@andresleon.art within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
Address accuracy
Please verify your address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
